The Twins are going to the playoffs as one of the hottest teams in baseball. In fact, as of this moment they are tied for the best record in the majors and home field advantage through the ALCS. Hopefully they can hold onto that lead and we can get a bunch of good playoff games at Target Field.
Craig Finn, a Minneapolis ex-pat and lead singer for The Hold Steady, has written an amazing song extolling the marvels of the Twins past, present and future. It's a great song and well worth a listen. I've embedded it below.
