Radio Caroline Medium Wave (AM) Campaign

This is a very special announcement particularly aimed at all Beehive Candy visitors and friends resident in the United Kingdom, however as Radio Caroline can be listened to worldwide on line you are all of course encouraged to read on.

Radio Caroline have launched a campaign with the goal of returning the station on AM (medium wave as it is often referred to in the UK) broadcasting to their original heartlands of London and the South East of England.

This campaign has already gained the support of a number of UK members of parliament (MP's) and we are urging all UK residents to lobby their own MP. The campaign 'Radio Caroline On Air' has it's own website HERE, and a simple online process enables you to send a personalised email to your local MP in just a few minutes.

Visiting the Radio Caroline On Air site, reminds us all of the impact the station has had on popular music throughout the decades, not just here in the UK but worldwide, as can be seen by the testimonials provided from artists as diverse as Sir Paul McCartney and Steve Van Zandt, through to Pete Townsend or Ray Davies.
