Top Artists Of All Time: Division 2-70's Pop/Pop-Rock

For the second round of 32, the panel tackles 70's Pop/Pop Rock. It came down to a battle between dueling piano players as Elton John and Billy Joel fought for the top spot. Elton got one more point overall to take the #1 spot. He also received 13 of 14 votes (highest amount of votes received so far) although Dylan still has the lead in points overall from Division 1. Two Beatles Solo outings (Paul and John) move on while George just missed the boat and Rod Stewart (hopefully, early 70's Rod) moved into the final spot.

14 of 20 ballots (70%) were handed in. The four who missed the first week, all voted the second week so everyone has at least cast one vote in two rounds.

Below we have The Top 8 artists from the 70's Pop/Pop-Rock Division (with total points and votes received) the artists who just missed or had votes cast, and the ballots randomly placed at the bottom. Thanks again for the votes!
