North Carolina (50 Songs For 50 States)

The Tarheel state, I've been there a few times. Flown through Charlotte several times. But one thing I've never got a hold of us a song with North Carolina in the title. Sure there's been several songs including Carolina in the title, but we want the whole name here for 50 Songs For 50 States.

So I've found a band called EAR PWR who released a self titled album last year. And it's a good thing they did or we'd have been stuck with Sweet Gene Vincent's "North Carolina Line". So EAR PWR, go make those Traheels and Dean Smith proud will ya? We'll meet you on the Outer Banks this summer...
